His store is designed to evoke the feeling of a turn of the century Alsatian boulangerie, with a vast array of homemade products that lined the high walls but with a modern twist. Chef Thuet searches long forgotten recipes to create his handcrafted products and artisan foods, stocking the discoveries into his enchanting emporium.
